I am 48, Jewish, and love experimenting with new foods. Since my husband is a rabbi, we do keep kosher. I am looking forward to seeing what I can learn here so that I can expand my repertoire of cooking. I am also hoping that I can find recipes that have a lot of flavor, help us keep kosher, and yet at the same time are useful in keeping a diabetic healthy!
