I'm 64 years old and extremely passionate about food as my interest sparked as a child in watching my Italian mother and Italian grandparents in their kitchens. I enjoy cooking food from countries all throughout the world including American cuisines. I'm also a diabetic, so I'm always looking for a variety in the preparation of foods I eat in a healthy way, also.
