I started taking cooking seriously in 1980. I met my wife (first and only) in 1985 and we married two years later. I do about 90% of the coooking.

My most liked dishes (by family and friends) are bbq baby back ribs, corn flake crusted deep-fried calamari and my Sante Fe tacos.

Aside from cooking I'm an auto racing(NASCAR, Formula One, IndyCar) and horse racing fan. My favorite travel spots are Hawaii (I love all the islands) and Belize (mainland and Ambergris Caye).

I live on a small ranch in Southern California. My wife and I have six Arabian horses, seven dogs and two cats
