Cooking has always been a passion of mine. My family is of Polish origin with all 4 grandparents migrating here in the early 1900s. Both grandmothers were wonderful cooks and life centered around the kitchen. My mom always invited unexpected Sunday afternoon guests to a meal that was incredible and would graciously serve it in style. I started cooking & baking & exhibiting my dishes for judging in 4-H at 8 years of age with "Tasty Snacks" & "It's Fun to Bake"! It's a creative outlet for me.
