Opted for early retirement recently so with plenty of time now available thought that I may as well learn to cook properly.
In the past I have occasionally dabbled with the recipe book collection but nothing to serious. Have all the good cooking gear but generally it is going to waste on packet sauces, tinned products and a lousy chef.
Looking forward to learning the skills of good cooking.
