I love to cook & my main motivation to do so is to make healthy meals for myself & my family. I find it difficult to eat healthy when eating out. I joined Rouxbe because I want to learn to cook better and I like the idea of cooking without a recipe. My husband and I love eating out at gourmet restaurants but I would like to make these meals at home.
