I really like cooking but I'm a novice (I actually burned water -- true story), so I found Rouxbe while looking for cookbooks and other online tutorials to help me learn. My goal is to be able to produce upscale restaurant quality food out of my own kitchen. I realize it's going to take a lot of hard work, practice, and study, but I'm willing to put in the effort to get results.
