I would like to know more and to gently move into either professional catering, supper clubs, or personal chef-ing for people with food allergies. The people I love have such a myriad of different food related medical issues that I have to learn how to be light on my feet, substitutionly speaking. Food is such a delight for these poor kids, and a lot of the food they loved, they can no longer consume.
Also, I just plain old like to eat good food. :)
