I fell in love with cooking food kind of late in life. Believe it or not, it was because of Chef Ramsay. His passion, attention to detail, and absolute demand for the best struck a chord with me. I'm a total Ramsay junkie: Hell's Kitchen, The F-Word, and Kitchen Nightmares. :)
Apparently I've become a total food snob. If I can make it better than I'm served at a restaurant, I get cranky--or so says my wife-to-be. ;)
