I have been cooking at home for well over 30 years,after 20 years in the Waste industry I was forced to make a change in my career. I was let go from the company I worked for and at that time I decided to peruse my first love and train as a cook. For the last 2 years I have been working in a local market in the prepared foods I worked hard and worked my way up to the asst. kitchen manager.i am looking into this school as a way of learning more food is a passion of mine I love to create and host dinner party's .
