I have zip in way of cooking experience, but am very much interested in learning. This because I want to personally take charge of what I eat rather than leaving it up to the food industry. I've read much conflicting information in the media, and am thrilled to learn that Rouxbe is offering this wonderful internet approach to learning about preparing foods of multiple types. And by that I mean both animal sourced foods and plant sourced foods. Raw plant based foods has also caught my attention. I want to experiment will all that is available to find out for myself what seems to work best for me. In my opinion, finding Rouxbe on the internet was a blessing. I hope to learn much here, and because I have a lifetime membership, I can llearn at my own pace. I don't have to be concerned about dealing with any time pressure. What a wonderful gift to myself this Rouxbe Cooking School lifetime membership has been. I couldn't be happier.
