Hello My name is Jose Santiago I was born and raised in the Bronx, NY, and for the last year I have lived in Toronto, ON to be with my wife and to witness the birth of our first child (who is three months already). I have seven plus years of restaurant experience in New York City and most recent year abroad in Canada, I have a strong understanding of various cooking styles and cuisines, I went to the Art Institute of NY (formerly the NY restaurant school), and I can honestly say even after going to school and reading tons of cookbooks/textbooks, working in the industry that Rouxbe is exceptional and second to none; hands down the best learning format I have come across.
