I have been in the food and wine business for 25 years - Bartender to Maitre D' and Sommelier.
recently I have been baking breads. my favorite is food and wine pairings, especially wine maker dinners.
I have worked 25+ years in FOH as a sommelier, I have had the wonderful experience of working with the best chefs of the world and best winemakers from around the world - my next goal is to to learn how to make the best sauces possible .. for food and wine pairing (WineMakers Dinners) .. thank you Rouxbe for your support.
