Food is such a great way to make people happy. But the part that I enjoy the most is perhaps the act of preparing it. Doing it alone can be so meditative and together with my family a great way of spending an afternoon together. Thai, French and Italian food are my favorites, but thanks to Rouxbe I am gradually expanding my horizons.
