I have been cooking since I was a child. Most of what I have learned was taught me by my mother and grandmother. Sorry to say this wasn't a lot. It was generally what to do not how you do it. I am embarrassed to say that I got to the age I am without really learning the kinds of things that you are teaching. I am excited to be joining the group of students that are becoming members of your cooking school.
