I am cajon-austrian by descent and learned to cook from my mother who was an excellent cook. She entertained regularly large groups of people. Rouxbe has opened my eyes to a whole new world of food without having to memorize recipes, which for me is great because my brain is already full! I love being able to just keep a fridge stocked and being able to just make what ever comes to mind as you stare at all the possible ingredients. Looking forward to learning more.
