I love to make a dark rye bread. I have a few secret tricks that I cannot share, but one of them is to use pickle juice as part of the liquid. The rest are equally as interesting.
Only recently did I learn how to toss what I'm sauteing by raising the pan and flipping the goods into the air....yes, they did land back in the pan perfectly turned.
I'm 2 years from retirement and can't wait to outfit my kitchen with some quality equipment.
My partner is the main cook in our house because he has the imagination to pull off something new with confidence.
