At Rouxbe we believe that customer support and customer service are as important, if not more important, than our educational content itself. As such, our team strives very hard to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
If you are not happy with Rouxbe, please contact one of our Customer Support members at email@example.com and we will promptly address your concerns and/or question.
Our refund policy is simple. If you have watched less than 3 lessons and you'd like your money back, we'll return it. However, the $99 is non refundable if you've watched 2 or more lessons, or you’ve spent longer than 14 days on the site. Beyond that, you can cancel your recurring monthly payment plan at any time by clicking on the "cancel" link on your account settings' page. This can be accessed by clicking on the "Manage Profile & Account" link in the drop-down menu below the My Rouxbe tab in the main navigation.
Cancelation will take place on your next payment date, meaning that if you cancel your recurring subscription mid-month, you will continue to have access to Rouxbe until the end of that month. No further payments will be deducted.
