This drink couldn't be simpler. Baileys Irish Cream and Jameson Whiskey - Irish of course! Pour the two over ice and voila!

Step 1: Mixing the Bailey's and Irish Whiskey

Mixing the Bailey's and Irish Whiskey

Fill your glass with some ice. Pour the Jamesons Irish Whiskey over the ice, followed by a shot of the Baileys Irish Whiskey. Stir and serve immediately.

  • 1 oz Baileys Irish Cream (or any other Irish Cream)
  • 1 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • ice

Notes

This is one of my favorite drinks. I was first introduced to this Irish drink, by my friend Leah Nesbitt, way back when we were in culinary school together. I still think of her every time I drink one.
