These burgers are simple to make, remain moist within and crunchy on the outside. They are a very good alternative to factory made veg burgers!! You know what goes in and the flavours are good.
I did substitute cumin with 'garam masala'. Together with the rouxbe recipes 'tzatziki' and 'lemon roasted potatoes', they made for a flavourful Greek tinted lunch!
Oh ya, did I mention these are delicious :-) I will make these again and again. I made them twice last week and one time was for a dinner party and everyone loved them, even those that are not vegetarian. These burgers are even good the next day either reheated or even cold. Cheers!
