Fruit coulis is a simple, yet delicious way to add beautiful color to your dessert plate. Use it as a garnish on many different desserts or simply pour it over your favorite non-dairy ice cream.
Combine the berries and sweetener in a blender. Add the juice and salt and process until very smooth.
