I have always loved food and loved cooking; I even toyed with the idea of culinary school years ago. I didn't get serious about cooking, though, until I started cooking venison and blogging about it. I'm at a point now where I really want to sharpen my skills. I'm excited to have found Rouxbe...this is the place I need to be. I'm also a holistic health coach, and much of what my clients need is to learn how to cook. The skills I'm learning here are helping me help my clients.
