As the US Representative of Le Cordon Bleu de Paris, 1969-1985, I taught French Cooking in the US and Canada. In 1988 my book At Home With The French Classics (now FRENCH CLASSICS MADE EASY) was published.
In 1990 I founded the non-profit organization, Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP). C-CAP helps high school students develop careers in the foodservice and hospitality industry. By the spring of 2013, C-CAP will have awarded over $40,000,000 in scholarships to underserved and deserving students.
