Expanding my cooking horizons from the great outdoors to the great indoors. I am a semi accomplished bbq chef using an offset wood fired smoker. This will teach you temperature control beleive me!
I am now looking to expand my skills into the kitchen for the long winter months we experience here in northern Minnesota.
