I am a husband and father of two todler boys, I work and my wife stays at home right now to raise them. I love cooking but it is hard to find the time. Rouxbe is my one small indulgence, I get up at 5:30 every morning and watch videos and if I have some time I incorporate some new things I have learned into what I cook.
