I'm a inspired home cook living in Zurich, Switzerland and want to learn more about the world of food. it's just so interesting and fun!
I mainly eat plant based, but still love a good quality locally sourced piece of meat once in a while :-)
Last year I have completed the Rouxbe Professional Plant Base Course and loved every minute of it. Have just started the Professional Cook Course, as it will teach me some additional skills - am very excited about it!
