I am basically a home cook. Semi retired. We entertain a lot and frequently have 18 - 30 people for dinner. and weekly have anywhere from 6-10 dinning with us. I also cook 6 times a year for our church lunches for about 125 people. I also throw an annual party for about 80. I do the the cooking for all of this and love avery minute of it. As I type this I am smoking a brisket for a Labor Day gathering of about 16. I have been on Rouxbe for almost 3 years now and my abilities just keep improving. I love it. I have taken 76 of the 79 classes, Courses in Premium Steaks, Food Saftey, Cooks Road Map level1 , Plant Based Cooking, and more. Rouxbe has made a huge difference, not only in my cooking skills but my confidence. I ahve recently been developing a specialty that I am considering as a food truck idea. I may or may not do it but before Rouxbe I would never have considered the thought. Happy cooning everyone and God Bless!
