I love to eat good food and love to cook the food. My passion, though, is baking bread. Every Sunday for the past two years I have baked bread all different kinds! I read multiple books to pick up tricks and techniques and after a few complete failures, I have been quite successful. Everyone loves my bread - especially my marble rye! My cooking has improved over the years, but I am interested in learning some of the basics, like handling a knife and making sauces, and blending herbs and spices. My first trial video from Rouxbe on knife handling was terrific! I can't want to do the rest of them!
