I'm a home chef that LOVES experimenting with food and desires to cook like a professional restaurant chef :-) Have tons of cooksbooks, culinary reference books, etc. but love this form of teaching because it allows you to see up close all those desired skills I've dreamt about learning (and point out what i'm doing wrong :-) to become a better cook/chef. My true passion is in the baking arts and i run a small cake biz out of my home, but am ready to go to the next level with it. So excited about this Professional Series Course!
