I'm a home chef that desires to cook like a professional restaurant chef :-) Have tons of cooksbooks, culinary reference books, etc. so that I can hone my skills so i can become a better chef. My true passion is in the baking arts and run a small cake biz out of my home, but am ready to go to the next level with it. I understand that in the future they will be expanding their series in pastry courses, so I'm so looking forward to that day. I think this is a wonderful way to reach out to home chefs that desire to learn those skills used by professionals when either time or budget constraints prevent us from being able to go to culinary school.
