Single father and busy professional I've always loved reading cookbooks and articles about food. I'm more of a technician in the kitchen than improviser - but am part of Rouxbe to not only get better at my techniques but, hopefully, teach some fundamentals to my quickly growing teens. Love steak, seafood, pasta but hope to take my vegetable cookery to a new level in 2013.
