I'm a 19 year old student from Sweden.
Cooking is one of those things I just love doing. It doesn't matter how long I have to stay in the kitchen, my mind just wanders away while tasting, smelling, cutting. I have been cooking for quite many years but often seem stuck on the same place.
I want to learn:
How to evolve.
How to refine the basics.
Know how to get the best out of each individual ingredient.
Why do I want to learn this?
I want to reinvent my life, become that humble person living for something he loves doing. Cooking for friends and family, making people happy and just seeking to preserve good quality food though buying organic, from small bakeries and farms. That is what I want to do.
I really hope Rouxbe cooking school can help me achieve my dream!
