I am a mom who has a passion for cooking and especially baking. I love to get my hands into dough and produce great tasting bread. I know what's in the ingredients, which is important to me so that we can eat healthier without all of the preservatives. Not to mention that I'm trying to inspire my son to create in the kitchen as well, and to be proud of something he's made with his own 2 hands. I want to move beyond recipes. I want to know why a focaccia is a focaccia and why a baguette is a baguette. I want to be able to create foods that are my own and not someone else's.
