I am a 56 year old empty nester who is tired of mediocre results due to lack of technique. My first job was a dishwasher in a large seafood restaurant on the Jersey Shore. I quickly worked my way on to the line and will never forget that feeling of accomplishment we all felt after a brutal, but successful Saturday night service. If you need a lobster broiled, I'm your guy, but my skills ended with what was needed to accomplish that specialized menu. I'm here at Rouxbe to round out that skill set and re-kindle the passion.
