I have been a public health educator for 30 years in women's health care. I have also been cooking for trade at health workshops, fairs and community gatherings for over 25 years.
Currently, my daughter is in her 3rd year studying to become a naturopathic doctor. Since her focus is on women's health, diet and nutrition are important components to her practice. I would like to use the knowledge from my plant based course, and from this new course, to experiment, create and cook healthy foods so I may be a resource for her with her potential patients as well as offer examples of nutritious meals for her upcoming workshops she wants to give.
