I completed the Professional Culinary Arts Diploma at Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver in 2013. My professional background has primarily consisted of working with newcomers and in the multiculturalism sector. I have always had a passion for food and the culture that surrounds food. I see food as way of connecting and sharing with people. I hope to expand my knowledge of plant based foods through this course and look forward to challenging myself with new techniques.
