I have been cooking on yachts for about 8 yrs and enjoy creating healthy, delicious meals for people. I'm am self taught and have grabbed morsels of informations and techniques from friends, internet, magizines etc.
I love to make soups and would like to enlarge and enhance my soup repertoire. Maybe someday in two years time even open my own cafe that focuses on soup and fine bakery items.
I am also currently working with a sourdough starter and making sourdough bread. Any techniques about making sour dough would be helpful.
A goal I have for myself is to debone a chicken before June. It's something I have always wanted to learn, but have never gotten around to.
