My wife and I converted to a plant-based lifestyle about a year ago. In that period we both fell in love with the kitchen and have been making all sorts of plant-based meals. Before our change we would eat out 6-8 times a week and while on the Standard American Diet (SAD) we were probably in the top 10% concerning nutritional meals. Today we eat out 1-2 times per week and are very selective on the restaurants. Instead of a burger without bun and veggies we'll have Indian cuisine or raw vegan meals. My personal goal is to become the very best I can be in and around the kitchen, share my knowledge with people who either need or are interested in healthy eating, visit restaurants and show them how to make plant-based meals using the stock they already have on-hand, and one day open my own plant-based eatery.
