I watched my parents cook when I was young and the aromas and flavors from the kitchen got into my cells. During my childhood I lived abroad France in different countries and cultures. Thus my cooking (for my wife and 2 children) reflects that world experience.
Today, for me, cooking equals health plus pleasure respectfully to the environment. Being in the past a meat eater, I now want to make a curve into the vegetarian and raw (and wild) cuisine.
