I have my Red Seal in Culinary Arts and Design and have over 20 years experience as a Chef, mostly in fine dining.
Currently I am a Culinary Arts and Design Instructor at Winnipeg Technical College teaching the skills needed for International students to obtain and keep employment in our industry, as their ultimate goal is immigration.
I am also a contractor for the government of Manitoba and NFSTP teaching and certifying the Food Safe Courses.
