I am a physician that has been on a journey and I have been seeking my whole life for the right fit. I am boarded in GI and medicine and have fellowship training in anti-aging medicine. I started cooking when I was 8 and have developed a significant amount of knowledge and skill over the years. I have always wanted to be a professional chef but I just didn't take that road. Now I see food, especially plant based diet and cooking, as the real medicine that the world needs. I intend on integrating my training at Rouxbe into my business and turn it into a platform for lifestyle medicine.
