I've been cooking for close to 30 years and have definitely improved over the years...mainly by trial and error. I never really learned proper cooking techniques...just picked up tips here and there by reading and cooking shows. I am a pretty good cook but limited...my kids are older now: college and high school ...so I have more time to invest in learning something. I'd like to improve my cooking skills.
