Fresh lavender is so lovely and it has so many beautiful aromas to it that I think, uh, I, I'm not sure if you're looking for savory or you're looking for sweet, but I do like to add, um, a little bit of maybe maple syrup with some cinnamon. And I find that that gives a lovely bouquet to however it is that you're going to use the lavender. So, uh, if you haven't had the chance to visit a lavender farm, I highly recommend. It's beautiful, it has lovely aromas and it's very interesting to see all of the products that can be made with lavender as well as, um, I have found that lavender growers are just a really kind of fun group of people. So, you know, you can make a, um, you can make a plant-based pound cake and add some lavender to it, and I think that would be a really delicious thing. Thanks for that. Very good question.
