Do we need to refrigerate sweet bread if its made with eggs and butter?

Answer:

Because they have been cooked, you know, baked already, so it's not like keeping eggs and butter out on the counter. So you don't necessarily have to keep these sweet breads in the refrigerator. Depends how long you're keeping them. I tend to keep things often in the freezer and then take them out.
