Is vital wheat gluten considered a whole food product?

Answer:
I would say I don't know for sure but I would say no, it seems like a derivative or a process product so not the whole food. I mean the whole wheat whole wheat berries would be the whole food. So we gluten would be an extracted part of that. So I can't say for sure but I would say judging just on the cover of that one and say no Thanks there appreciate your question.
