Do you know of any way to keep the color in yellow/pink oyster mushrooms so it looks good?

Answer:

Basically, you know, you can do a quick saute on them like the pink Lobster mushrooms. I've done like lobster rolls and stuff out of and the key really is to just do a quick cook on them to be able to keep the color pigment that's in those but typically most of those yellow and pink oyster mushrooms are going to use loose the pigment a little bit. So if you have a choice between regular or a pink oyster mushroom and the pink oyster mushroom cost for go with the regular Because unless it's raw. It's really not gonna really show too much on it.
