Any tips for the perfect gluten free bread?

Answer:
A lot of it depends upon flours that you're using and the altitude that you live in if you're making your own there are many companies online that make good gluten-free breads. I will contact somebody I know locally who is a gluten-free Baker. It's called flaky GF and if you go look at up online fla k e l y g f she makes croissants and all kinds of things so that would be my tip to you but I will Look into that.
