Peel the Tomatillos and wash them along with the Serrano peppers.
Cut one Onion in half and separate the layers of one half. Save the rest.
Put the Tomatillos, Serrano peppers, and the onion in the a pot, cover them with water and boil them until they change color, tis will take about 5 to 7 minutes of boiling.
Mean wile, Prepare the Avocados and the cilantro.
