Yang Chow Fried Rice
by Linda C in User ContributedThis is a dish I first had in Singapore. It was easy to reproduce while living in California, but some ingredients are more difficult to find in Pennsylvania. I sometime have to make my own BBQ pork, and plan to make the dish when fresh bean sprouts are in the store. I picked "breakfast" as a second category, because I had this dish several times in Hong Kong for breakfast, yummy.
