ENG: Its a terrine made with ricotta and parmigiano cheese with a crusty cover of red pepper oven cooked, and pesto sauce. ESP: Una receta de flan de ricota y parmesano al horno con una capa crujiente de salsa pesto casera y pimiento rojo asado.

beat entire eggs until smooth, then add the ricotta and beat up again until its well mixed, then add parmiggiano, salt and black pepper.

when you have a smooth mix, then yo have it.

Batir los huevos con la riccota, añadir el parmesano con sal y pimienta negra al gusto hasta que quede bien mezclado todo.

  • 500gr of ricotta cheese
  • 100gr of parmiggiano cheese
  • 2 fresh eggs
  • salt
  • black pepper

Step 2: fill mods with pesto and red pepper

make a pesto sauce, with parmiggiano, basil,pine nuts and a litle piece of garlic and spanish olive oil! hehe.

try to not do a pesto quite liquid, best compact.

also cut some slices of red pepper previosuly cooked in oven.

then put in the mold a dessertsspoon of pesto and one o two slices of pepper in each one.

hacer una salsa de pesto deliciosa con aceite de oliva español, albahaca, piñones y un poco de ajo y sal. Hacer al horno unos pimientos rojos previamente y utilizarlos para cortar varias tiras de pimiento.

Colocar en el fondo de los moldes (mejor de silicona) para horno una cucharada de pesto y una o dos tiras de pimiento rojo asado.

Last fill till 3/4 parts of the mold(that had the pesto and the pepper inside) with de cheese mix and put in the oven for 25/30 minutes to finish this recipe.

Finalmente, llenar el molde que ya esta con el pesto y el pimiento preparado a 3/4 partes porque al hornearse el queso con el huevo suben como todo buen suflé, y tendremos un delicioso entrante que puede tomarse frio o caliente acompañado de pan frito o olivas.
