Question:
I’m planning to switch from a gas to an induction range. How will it affect plant based cooking?

Answer:
I don't think it affects the you know, plant-based cooking per se, you know, it's just a matter of learning how pans heat up and cool down and and you know, do those sorts of things that you have to get used to it's it just think about any other source of you know, or, you know fuel source for cooking like if you're cooking on a on a on an open fire at a campground that takes some getting used to as well. If you're cooking on your grill outside the back of your house that takes a different sort of getting used to it could be on charcoal. It could be gas. It could be on sticks all of that take some some getting used to I think that's what that means in my experience with induction ranges, you know would would reinforce that. All right. Thank you.
